Bluecoat take on the treetops!

David, Richard, Chantelle and Georgia enjoyed a thrilling team building day out when they took to the trees at Go Ape in Crawley, tackling some tough obstacles throughout each course, finishing off with a huge zip line at the end!

  

We found this a great way for us to bond and communicate while having lots of fun!

The most important takeaways from our day out were building trust and confidence with a team whilst also being able to follow precise instructions to achieve an end goal. The task also enabled team members to overcome fears and discuss objections and obstacles openly to achieve the end goal. These activities had a very positive impact on our overall team performance.
